Our service provides replacement products dispatched next working day in the event of failure with full technical support. We also offer all parts and labour warranty serviced from our three service and repair centres in the UK. Our customised warranty and service packages can be from 1-5 years cover and offer an industry leading level of service and operational cover. Mi Support includes a range of services beyond a warranty, clients and end users get unlimited access to Mi Support Training (AVIXA certified training courses), and also unlimited access to the Mi Support Helpdesk (dedicated UK technical support via phone, email or webinar).

The trade only supplied Mi Support service is currently covering over 1000 audio visual hardware contracts in the UK and Ireland.
Mi Support engineers can attend your clients site to provide training, proactive maintenance or setup and configuration support for systems you have maintenance contracts on.
Mi Support has the following warranty products; swap out hardware, return to base (all parts and labour) or full derig and rerig warranties on any product supplied by Midwich, Square One, Invision, Sound technology or Holdan.
If you rely on a manufacturers warranty the average turnaround in the event of failure if 14 days. Mi Support changes the rules and gives you a next day despatched replacement hardware – no quibble.
All our training courses are Avixa CTS accredited and hosted at our training academies.
We offer a full pre-delivery inspection (PDI) service to test, setup, configure and collate your project hardware ready for deployment.
